Would you like to be able to commit virtually anything to memory with less study and have it stick? Or to be able to work with energy and focus every time you sit down to tackle an assignment? Or to become a more creative problem solver? Of course you would. All of us can benefit from becoming more productive. Well, all of these things are within your grasp, and they aren’t really that hard to achieve.

This may sound too good to be true, but you can start getting more out of your mind and become a more efficient, effective, and creative thinker starting today. The way you do this is to invest a little bit of time in learning about how your mind works, and then start to study and work in a way that takes advantage of what your mind does best.

Most of us spend the first 20 years of our lives learning, and the next 40 using our minds to navigate life. Amazingly, no one in all of this time ever teaches us anything about how our minds work. What is the best way to commit information to memory? What type of fuel does the brain run on, and how can we eat to nourish our brains? How can we fuel the creative process? Learning the answers to these questions can make us better at everything we do. Our Memory and Productivity articles strive to provide some of these answers.

Learning and the Brain gives a brief overview of the machanics of how your brain works.

Fueling Your Brain is all about how to eat (and move) to maximize your mental function.

Maximizing Memory provides a phenomenal memorization technique that will help you to memorize just about anything more efficiently and retain it over the long term.

Maximizing Focus breaks down why so many of us have so much trouble staying focused and paying attention, and provides solutions.

Getting Creative provides some great tips on how to get your creative juices flowing.

Work Less, Accomplish More is all about maximizing efficiency at whatever you do.
